Where do my changes save?
Signed-in workspace changes save on this device and automatically to your artist account. Wait for Saved to your account to confirm they are available elsewhere. Guest workspaces stay in this browser.
Do my changes automatically appear on another device?
Yes, after Saved to your account appears. Sign into the same artist account on another device and its saved workspace loads automatically. Offline edits remain on the original device until connected; conflicting changes are preserved for review.
Will updating my artist details change every contract?
It updates linked drafts for that artist. Signed and archived records keep their saved text. Older custom copies and downloaded files remain independent.
Where do I edit information used by multiple documents?
Contracts → Shared details holds business and legal details. Artist profile holds the artist name and website. Songs holds song titles and credits; Releases holds release titles and dates; Contacts holds other-party details. Composition percentages come from Rights & money → Split sheets when one sheet is linked to the song. Each agreement holds its own terms.
Does saving a contract sign it or approve music rights?
No. Review every clause and remaining blank with the appropriate parties and your qualified music attorney before signing. Record a signed-document link and date after completing your chosen signing process. Rights reviews stay separate.
Does this portal send pitches or publish releases?
Drafts, checklists and exports prepare your work. Sending, release submission and publication happen through your own provider accounts; record the resulting receipts or links here.
Are dashboard analytics live?
Google Analytics and Mailchimp load through your saved, authorized connections when you open Dashboard or refresh connected data. Spotify and Apple Music use manually imported CSV reports. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube follower counts are dated manual snapshots. Each source keeps its own date; unavailable figures stay blank.
Can I recover a replaced workspace?
Synccess & data → Browser recovery includes Restore previous browser backup. The browser keeps one previous version after an import, cloud load or reset.
Are my documents public?
Saved drafts and business details stay in your workspace and private backups. Downloads contain the document you choose. Review a press kit or listening page before sharing it. Public profile link visibility is managed separately.
