Your work
stays yours.

The release planner

The release planner stores your artist name, release details, checklist progress, budgets, contributor and contact details, task worksheets, and campaign drafts in this browser’s local storage. Local audio playback and artwork inspection run on your device; these files are not uploaded or stored in the plan. Exports include your private working text and worksheet rows. It does not upload recordings or send your plan to Rise Phoenix Records. Anyone with access to this browser profile may be able to access that plan.

Export a backup before clearing browser data or switching devices. You can remove the saved plan using Clear this browser plan.

The artist workspace

Signed-in artist biographies, track credits, rights decisions, release plans, contact details, and pitch drafts save automatically to the artist account on the label’s Supabase project, with a cache in this browser. Guest records stay in this browser. Asset URLs are references; no audio or artwork is uploaded. Workspace exports contain these private records. Anyone with access to the browser profile or an exported file may be able to read them.

Wait for Saved to your account before switching devices, then sign into the same artist account to load its saved workspace automatically. Download full backup provides a separate portable copy. To remove workspace records from this browser, use Reset browser workspace under Synccess & exports. The standalone planner has its own separate storage.

Artist hub records and exports

Custom tasks, reference assets, playlists, opportunities, split sheets, money records, content drafts, shows, press kits, artist resource documents and campaign URLs are private workspace records. Editable contract text, outreach drafts, filled fields and private notes are included in full workspace exports and automatic signed-in account saves. Account sync includes them; full JSON exports contain your private notes and financial records. API credentials stay in the separate encrypted backend vault and are excluded from exports. Asset references do not upload files.

Electronic press kit and listening-page HTML exports contain only the sharing fields you review or links you mark safe to share. They exclude private notes, transaction records, split sheets and API credentials. When someone opens an exported HTML document, their browser may request the public logo and any photo or external link you chose. You decide whether and where to publish the document.

Hosting and external links

The hosting provider may process standard request information such as IP address, request time, and browser information. This version does not install advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Following links to Synccess or The Queue takes you to their separately operated websites.

Artist login and cloud backups

Artist login uses Supabase email links or one-time codes with verified artist accounts. Sign-in sessions are remembered in this browser, and each signed-in account has separate browser workspace storage. Signing in does not upload guest records. Signed-in workspace edits save automatically to the label’s Supabase project, including artist profiles, catalog, release checklists, contacts, pitches, documents, contracts, analytics reports and all artist-hub records. The same account loads its saved workspace automatically on another device. Offline edits stay on the original device until sync succeeds. Conflicting versions are preserved for review instead of being overwritten silently. Audio and artwork remain URL references. Sign out on shared devices; browser exports and local records remain on the device.

Artist profile channels

Channel URLs and display choices save directly in your artist account. Only links you mark Show on public profile are exposed through the public channel directory; hidden links stay in your private account. Saving visibility publishes those choices immediately. Biography, photo and featured-song details remain curated by the label.

Analytics and connected services

Spotify and Apple CSV imports retain mapped labels, metric values, report dates, filenames and import timestamps with the selected artist. Raw CSV and unrelated columns are not retained. Automatic account saves include these reports. Release packets exclude private analytics.

Channel account IDs, names and approved provider links save in your private artist account. For supported API adapters, you may explicitly provide your own provider-issued token or API key and consent to its storage and read checks. Credentials are encrypted on the label backend, are never displayed back to the browser and are excluded from workspace exports. Testing sends the selected resource ID and credential to that provider through fixed API routes. Reports return selected account identity or aggregate statistics. Saving settings or credentials does not verify access or enable publishing. Remove credential deletes its stored grant; revoke it with the provider separately when needed. Manual tokens may expire and require replacement.

Google Analytics reporting

Connecting Google Analytics requests read-only access to your Google Analytics data using the analytics.readonly permission. The label backend reads active users, sessions and page views for the GA4 property selected in your artist connection. It stores encrypted access and refresh credentials in its private vault so approved access can renew automatically. Credentials are excluded from browser exports and public pages. The dashboard checks connected aggregate reports on entry, on refresh and every five minutes while visible; saved report snapshots retain their own capture dates. Google data is used to provide the artist reporting you request. Remove credential deletes the stored grant; you can also revoke the app in your Google Account. Contact Rise Phoenix Records for questions or account-data removal.

Synccess desktop connection

The Mac app stores its artist session in macOS Keychain. After sign-in, you can explicitly load your private cloud workspace, preview song metadata differences, select songs and save a backup before syncing. Cloud writes send the selected metadata to the label’s Supabase project. Existing audio paths, media files and rights decisions are preserved; API credentials are not copied to the Mac. Local backups contain private working records. Background synchronization and media uploads are not enabled.

Future membership

Paid signup, uploads, and automated publishing are not open in this version. The service’s data handling, providers, retention periods, and contact channel will be published before those features launch.
